Terms and Conditions

It is agreed that the terms in this contract is the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing. The Client understands and accepts that the photographic coverage will be as the photographer’s professional expertise determines and that no one photograph will be deemed more important than another. Special requests are not binding instruction, although every effort is made to comply with the Client’s wishes. Any special requests not notified on this contract must be made by the Client to the photographer in writing.

Additional Terms:

The Digital Negatives and all images on it are the property of Photographer. Client hereby grants Photographer unlimited distribution rights of all images. Client permits Photographer to display any images included in this contract in his/her studios, portfolios, literature, website, exhibitions and advertising. Photographer will make no use of the images for personal or any other commercial reason except with the written permission of Client.

The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control. In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss. The Client automatically agrees to these terms upon payment receipt of this contract.

Payment Policy:

Payments for services can be made with a credit card, debit card, check and cash.

Refund Policy:

72-hour notice is required for canceled appointments. Otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee applies. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of cancellation. No refunds are issued after services are rendered.
